The CDC Order applies to all flights, including private flights and general aviation aircraft (charter flights). Passengers traveling by air into the US are required to have proof of testing regardless of flight type.
CDCCheck™ is a web-based touchless and digitized solution to comply with CDC’s passenger attestation, documentation and record-keeping requirements.
CDCCheck™ is available via the Company Administrator Menu on the NATACS.aero Platform.
The System is very simple and intuitive. Basic Passenger and Flight Information must be provided to meet CDC’s documentation and confirmation requirements.

An attestation is a statement, writing, entry, or other representation under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 that confirms that the information provided is true. CDCCheck™ presents the CDC attestation via a secured online form, for the Passenger to digitally sign.
The Passenger can upload the required documentation(s) at any time, prior to embarkation.
The documents will be maintained for the length of time required by the Order, which is 2 Years.
Cost is USD$150 per flight.
Secured payment is submitted online by the Aircraft Operator Admin.
If the Passenger uploaded the negative result or other documentation, the crewmember that verifies the Passenger’s identification can check directly via CDCCheck™ for the negative result or other documentation. If this information was not previously uploaded, it can be uploaded prior to embarkation.
The Aircraft Operator is responsible for initiating the service, creating the flight, entering the initial and basic passenger data. The Aircraft Operator is also responsible for providing the proof of attestation, documentation and record-keeping compliance. This process is simplified through CDCCheck™.
CDCCheck™ is available via the Company Administrator Menu on the NATACS.aero Platform.
The Aircraft Operator is responsible to communicate directly with the Passenger.
The Aircraft Operator can access the Passenger information at any time to determine if the Passenger meets the CDC requirements or to provide to the CDC authorities to demonstrate compliance.
On CDCCheck™, the Passenger is responsible for provide current and accurate information, complete the attestation and upload the documents required by the Order.
Either the Aircraft Operator will provide CDCCheck™ access information to the Passenger or CDCCheck™ can email access information directly to the Passenger.
The Aircraft Operator can delete the Passenger information containing the error and provide the Passenger access to provide the correct information.
The Aircraft Operator can provide the Passenger their submitted information that is stored on CDCCheck™.
The information presented by the Passenger at time of embarkation supersedes the information provided online. Because CDCCheck™ is used as the attestation and document repository to meet the CDC Order’s record-keeping requirements, it is the Flight Crewmembers and Aircraft Operator’s responsibility to ensure the CDCCheck™ information matches the information provided, in order for the Passenger to embark the flight.

On CDCCheck™, the Flight Crewmember is responsible for reviewing the Passenger information against the Passenger Identification presented by the Passenger, prior to embarkation.
